The Problem

Sherpa Coaching was looking to move from an office to a full remote workforce. They were wanting the flexibility for their team and their clients to keep growing with the company. This would also allow them to have the growth opportunity that the company had been seeing without the capability of adding more in office positions.

The Solution

Sherpa Coaching was in need of having a migration from basic email (no contact/calendar sync), so the Conflux team was able to assist in migrating the company to Office 365. This was able to establish cloud-hosted workstations in Public Cloud (AWS Workspaces, which is also known as VDI/Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.) With the migration and the correct setup for Sherpa Coaching in Office 365, it enabled them to fully close their office and allow the employees to work from anywhere in the world at any time! They had peace of mind knowing that the data on cloud VDI is secured and backed up following the 3-2-1 rule that Conflux was able to create. This was able to help with a smooth transition to make the dream of the full remote workforce a reality!
